Details: For sale is my 1989 Mazda MX6 GT Turbo 2 door Coupe. Over 200,000 miles, but engine replaced approx. 60,000 miles ago. Runs and handles great. I am the original owner. This is the turbo model (GT), which has extremely quick acceleration and responsiveness. This car has more than enough power to get you where you need to go. The only issue is the transmission is stuck in 3rd gear. Transmission shop says it could be something as minor as the linkage needs to be replaced, or possible trans rebuilt or replaced. I hate to part with this car since I am the original owner and love it´s power and handling, however I have too many vehicles and need to sell it.Worth probably up to $1000. Details: hi there i´ve got a 04 red manual rx8 for sale,117000 MILES, runs great and CLEAN TEXAS TITTLE with no accidents before.Fun car. Lots of power. Well maintained. Non-smoker. Runs and drives great. Interior in great shape, clean, no seat tears. Always been in Texas till now, body are in great shape. It was ranked one of Car and Drivers top 10 of 2004. According to Car and Driver, ´The Mazda RX-8´s Wankel engine spins smoothly but makes 238 horsepower and 159 pound-feet of torque when paired with a six-speed stick so it needs six to seven seconds to reach 60 mph, depending on how badly one abuses the clutch. This mighty-mite motor makes pure magic.The engine´s small size allows it to fit behind the front axle, so the weight distribution skews slightly rearward once the driver buckles up. A supple control-arm-front and multilink-rear suspension takes full advantage of that ideal distribution to deliver crisp, neutral handling at the limit of adhesion (which is respectably high, at 0.91 g). More muscular coupes may walk away from the RX-8 on straightaways, but the tables turn in the twisties. And the latest RX has another ace up its sleeve: a roomy back seat that adults can enter gracefully through a pair of rear-hinged half-doors. Is it any wonder we´ve declared this ´the best RX ever´?´ (Car and Driver 2004)Great first car for some one who knows how to drive a stick. Or even great fun car to drive on the weekends.
