Details: I need to sell my ´Spec 7´ SCCA race car. This is absolutely the best car to go racing on a budget! It was not uncommon for me to qualify 1st in this car but would often take second or third in the race. I need to work on my race craft a little. The car has good R888 tires on it right now and the car runs perfect. The car seems bullet proof as we can race for 45 minutes in 100 degree weather without any problems. I have started the car and driven around the block every couple of months to keep the car fresh. I have also stored it on jack stands to keep the springs good (previous owner told me to do this). Simply put, this car is your best bang for the buck if you want to go racing. The car has very very low maintence cost and you won´t find a better bunch of guys in the Spec 7 / Spec Miata class it runs in. The guys that race in this class will do everything they can to help you out. If you don´t have your SCCA license, you can go to the drivers school soon and maybe even race in your very first door to door race the next day like I did (I took 2nd in my 1st race ever!).I can´t believe I am selling this car for $3,500 but I need it gone to make room in my garage. I also had a dream of running this car in the Pikes Peak Hill Climb this July along with other SCCA and Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing events. Very strong car! The car runs perfect and would be ready for the track with new tires only. I have a huge amount of parks that will go with car worth thousands of dollars.
