Past 2.5+ yrs, the car has no issue, the only thing i´ve done to the car is oil change every 3k milage. Mechanically, --->the engine runs excellent. no leaking or whatsoever. I did replaced original filter with K&N air filter(better quality).Cosmestically--> i added better shift knob(90 dollars value)-->leather steering wheel wrap--> upgraded to 16´ rota r-spec rims w/ about 80% tire left (still have original rims w/ alot of thread left)Interior: -->Looks very clean, convertible top has 2 small rips but are patched up-->driver side window sometimes won´t roll down all the way(it mostly during hot days).Exterior:--> I´ll be honest here: The car has clear coat peeling on some parts of the car:----->original owner parks the car exclusively in the sun, so the hood and the 2 side fenders and mirrors have clear coat peeling effect-->From far away, you can´t tell that there is clear coat peeling but close-up inspection, you can tell-->there is a paint scratch on the passenger side near the front fender due to driving in to car garage at night time with bad judgement, so it got scrapped abit on that side(about 6´ long and about 1/2 in diameter in scratch).Overall, the car is mechanically sound. This is a clean title car with very low mileage.SELLING FOR 4,700.00 USD CASH ONLY ´firm´. Details: I have a 1994 mazda protege. This car has 90,000 original miles. That´s right! This car has power everything and it all works. power windos, doors, seat belts.....it goes on and on. Unleash the 1.8 liter enigine with dual overhead cams. Oh, and this is the LX model. I just had my mechanic go throught the whole thing, and he will vouch for it´s quality. I had new front axels put on, new radiator, all new hoses, new belts, almost new brakes. This thing is solid. No problems at all. I will even throw in 20 cassetts, creedence, doors, prince...you name it! Crank up the dolby sound and laugh at your friends driving civic´s, corrola´s, accords and camery´s that have 200,000 miles, if they´re lucky. The best part is.....this car gets 28MPG, that´s right 28 miles per gallon! That´s better milage than some hybrid cars. You can snub your nose at toyota prius owners that spent $30,000 more than you and get 6 miles per gallon more and a higher electric bill. How wasteful! This is a perfect high school car or get around car.
