Details: Hello,Up for your consideration is my 1995 Mazda Miata MX5 in the ultra rare Laguna Blue Mica. I hate to get rid of the car, but personal situation force sale.THE GOOD. . .Vehicle has 96K miles and has been very well maintained by myself and the previous owner. Always garage kept, never seen winter and just a few times in the rain, in way above average condition for the year and miles. Absolutely no rust on the car and the under body is exceptionally clean. All maintenance is current with timing belt, accessory belts, water pump, main seal, cam seals, valve cover gasket and summer tires put on at the end of last season. The car is well equipped with tan top, leather interior, factory 10 speaker stereo system, power windows, AC, PS, 4 wheel disc brakes. Drive train is all stock, 1.8L 4cyl motor, 5spd manual transmission, and factory limited slip differential. No cracks in the dash or leather, no sun damage, everything works as it should. . .it really is a very nice car.THE NOT AS GOOD. . .The exterior paint is in good condition but there are several small dings and scratches from being garaged (door dings, bicycle handlebars, kayak paddles, random toys, balls, skate boards, etc). Also, the top is original and could use replacing as some of the stitching is starting to come undone and the vinyl rear window section is starting to get cloudy and has a 4 inch crack. The floor mats are also original and starting to show some wear. Last inspection at Basney showed that the rear brake pad linings had about 20% wear left. The AC blows cold but the dash vents don´t stay pointed where you want them. . .they sort of have a mind of their own. The stereo volume adjustment also has a mind of its own. . .it always holds a steady volume. . .and will sometimes turn up when you try to turn it up, sometimes down when you try to turn it down. . .and sometimes the volume goes up when you are trying to turn the volume down! Also, the fabric speaker cover on the driver´s side door panel is starting to come loose. The leather surfaces of the seats are in good condition for the age but are showing the years; no holes or tears but some normal wear and discoloration. Otherwise, fluid changes are current and the car is ready to drive for the summer.Original manuals, tools, spare tire are included. I also have the Haynes and the Flyin´ Miata Performance Projects ( manuals and a few specialty tools that can go with the sale as well. It has been stored every winter and has not seen snow or salt until this year..This mazda has roughly 112,000 miles on its 13b original rotary motor. Details: I have a nice and very clean black 2006 Mazda Tribute 2WD automatic for sale that runs and drives good but needs a little work. First the good:It has the very peppy litttle 2.3L 4 cylinder Zetech/Duratech engine that gets great gas mileage and has plenty of power. It is front wheel drive so it gets around just fine in the snow. The cloth interior is nice and clean with all the floor mats. 6 disk cd changer, all power, air conditioning works good. Has traction control and ABS and alot more I am probably forgetting. I put a new cylinder head and timing chain on it at 115,000 miles. New tires, front brakes, and battery also. No rustThe bad:It uses some oil and has a slight lifter tick like it needs a valve adjusted. #1 exhaust valve I think. It does not smoke just need to top off the oil every 1,000 miles or so. The windshield has a crack in it but it is down low so really not an issue. The horn is not working but I will try to fix that. I have a newer engine with 30,000 miles on it that I was going to install but I really don´t have time anymore and I prefer to work on GM cars anyway. I will sell that also for an additional $500 which is less than what I paid for it. You can call or text me anytime at 574-596-6638. If it does not sell in the next few weeks I will likely put the 30k engine in it and sell for alot more. This is the Mazda version of the Ford Escape and these are very popular vehicles. This is a great car for a first time driver or teenager because it has paintless bumpers and side skirts for those little bumper thumpers that teenagers always have.
